My booth got butterflied!!!

We do First Fridays Art Walk the first Friday of every month, May through September. It's a nice little festival atmosphere with a great group of awesome artists (many of them from Etsy as well). This time, at the last moment, daughter and I came up with a fabulous idea for decorating the booth for a little pizazz.

We ended up spending hours punching out hundreds of little butterfiles out of scrapbook paper and both of us ended up with aching hands. But I think the result was so pretty!!! What do you think?

Oh, and hubby and daughter got to enjoy a nice carriage ride as well! They had so much fun!!!

The Countess - My newest favorite necklace

Okay, first, I have to say I am in LOVE with this necklace!!! It's pretty simple, but it's sooooooo me! I love, love, love the brass filigree stamping that I purchased and customized a bit, I love the way I ended up hanging the briolettes, as they just didn't look right with a normal old wrap. I love the way it looks on too! Good thing I have supplies to make more of these, as I have claimed this one as mine, and I've made another one for my shop.

It's all brass, with faceted grey glass drops and little black Swarovski in the chain to match. Thanks for looking!!

2 Year Etsyversary

Yep! Today's my 2 year Etsyversary. It took me a long time to get it going, but i think I'm finally figuring it out! I think I've come a long way in 2 years!! Here's to many more wonderful years!!!!
